Cascades at River Hall

Review the association’s official governing documents and confirm whether your proposed fence is permitted before selecting a design.

Resources checked October 21, 2026. We have not verified a complete current residential fence specification for these communities; obtain the applicable requirements directly from your association.

Find the right approval path.

01 · ASSOCIATION

Confirm your community.

Use the homeowner association named in your property documents. Request current architectural requirements and the correct application before selecting a fence style.

02 · PROPERTY

Identify the proposed line.

Bring your survey and show the intended enclosure and gates. Clarify ownership and access where the project approaches shared land, golf property or drainage features.

03 · SCOPE

Review the work onsite.

Discuss the goal, access, existing damage and removal. We can prepare an estimate based on the layout and the requirements that apply to the property.

River Hall CDD provides information about district infrastructure responsibilities. The CDD and the individual associations are separate entities; direct architectural questions to the appropriate association.

Cascades: review the current documents first.

The Cascades governing-document library includes architectural rules and declarations. Its architectural standards address exterior modifications, but that should not be read as blanket permission for a yard fence. Ask management about your exact proposal and any applicable restrictions.

Alva community questions.

Does this directory cover every Alva neighborhood?

No. It is a starting set of community resources. Contact Florida Fence Pros with your property address if your neighborhood is not listed.

Does HOA approval replace a county permit?

No. Review the parcel and proposed work using Lee County’s fence resources. Private association approval and public permit requirements are separate reviews.

Can an association request a gate or perimeter estimate?

Yes. An authorized representative can contact us about shared-property fencing or gates. Identify the owner, the requested work and the access arrangements so we can evaluate the scope.
